We’re proud to be the UK’s number 1 refugee and home-less supporter by donating more than 18,500 winter coats per year thank you to the 192 “mailboxes” open around 15 cities, including London, Liverpool, Southend on Sea, Swansea, Edinburg, and Birmingham.

Clothing donation
There are 192 donations points open around 15 cities. These are big purple “mailboxes” located in strategic street points, they are made with waterproof material to keep safe your donations. To find your nearest donation point insert the postcode on our website or look for “Hand-by-hand” donation points in Google Maps.
Monetary donation
Your donation helps us to continue our life-changing work for more than 117,000 people suffering from poor quality of life, asylum seekers, and homeless persons, providing comfort and hope to some of our bravest men, women, and children.
Volunteer with us
Hand by Hand means being there for people who need you. Last year around 5,000 people volunteered their time with us, there are a lot of ways you can volunteer for us, it will depends on what skills you have and how much time you have got to give. SUPPORT BY SHOPPING
The 25% of donations are relocated to our London store to increase the incomes and buy new winter coats for those who need them. The center store in located in London UB7 0JU where you can go and look for something that you like, knowing this will support families.
Thanks to the generosity of people like you, we can help thousands of people who will face the coldest temperatures without a decent ceiling over their heads. Our online shop is able on our Social media platforms and we have a three-day delivery policy.
